Very nice dining. Their Chef is doing an amazing job. You cannot go wrong with any choice you make from their menu but I would definitely recommend going for the day special. It worked for me. And remember to try the local wines.

The food here is excellent though unpretentious. Freshly made from fresh produce. The menu is not extensive but there shoukd be something for everybody. Very large selction of local, regional and international wines. Frinedly to children. Ver carta

The risotto was the best I've ever had; excellent value wine. Only downside was that the service was a little too quick not enough time to savour!! And can we please have the recipe for the cold potato salad which accompanied the Weiner Schnitzel?

large outdoor seating in the summer, good service, great weine, very affordable eating, no child menu, but they sorted the children with smaller asses carvings that they complete. very nice atmosphere, very affordable, child-friendly. highly recommended.

Had two meals here! Relaxed and rustic atmosphere. Had the flamekuche for lunch which was excellent and the horch of venison-again excellent. The apple and cinnamon flamekuche was an excellent desert. The wine is from frank Keller. The bubbly Pinot noir is good value for...money.

acoss the road from the black eagle is the rebstock, a fantastic unpretentious bistro with the best traditional German foods in the opposite. the young workers it is an honor, their practice at cellar) coud has not been nicer. fantastic wee and. we met with a cellar son who invited us to visit his winery. a winzer must see it.

not only eating (and french cellar wine tasty, the restaurant and the city was so rustic! my father, man and I traveled through southern Germany and went to a wine tour in french cellar (cellar economy) on the road and then to lunch. at rebstock after. yannik in the cellar industry was an amazing tour guide (especially they recommend to go on a tour and enjoy a fabulous wine tasting) and arrange us with reservations in the rebstock for lunch. our meals were all phenomenal. my father and husband both ordered the carving and I had the chicken.
