"Ich war mit meiner Familie im August im Tau Helga essen. Da ich leider eine Allergie gegen alle klassischen Getreidesorten (u.a Gluten) habe, hatte ich am Vortag telefonisch erfragt, ob die Möglichkeit besteht, dass ich für die Soßenzubereitung mein eigenes Mehl mitbringen könnte. Aus hyginieschen Gründen sei dies nicht möglich, wurde mir in einem ziehmlich ungehaltenen Tonfall gesagt. Dabei hätte ich das Mehl gern original-verpackt mitgebracht. Ich habe daraufhin höflich erfragt, ob es denn für die Zukunft denkbar wäre, glutenfreies Mehl dauerhaft anzuschaffen, um eben auch Menschen mit Allergien erreiche und bewirten zu können. Die Antwort: Das lohnt nicht wegen 2-3 Allergikern im Jahr. Als ich dann meine eigene Soße mitgebracht und diese der Chefin persönlich überreicht hatte (sie selbst hatte mir dies am Telefon sogar vorgeschlagen), hatte sie die Augen verleiert und brachte die Soße in die Küche. Mein Onkel hat verbranntes Fleisch serviert bekommen, welches unter Zwiebeln versteckt wurde. Als er daraufhin aufmerksam gemacht hatte, gab es weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine kleine Entschädigung. Meine Cousine, (16 Jahre) wurde von der Chefin in einem unmöglichen Tonfall angefaucht, als diese sich ein Radler bestellen wollte und eben noch keine Volljährigkeit vorweisen konnte. Als zur Kaffezeit die Torten durch die Chefin serviert wurden, sagte diese wieder in einem unhöflichen Tonfall zu mir Die Torten dürfen sie übrigens auch alle nicht essen. Auch hier hatte ich ihr am Vortag am Telefon gesagt, dass das für mich kein Problem sei, ich stattdessen gern Eis essen würde. Mir wurde jedoch weder eine Eiskarte gebracht, noch gefragt was ich stattdessen gern möchte. Erst als ich dann explizit nach der Eiskarte gefragt hatte, wurde mir diese gebracht. Ich habe mich dann für den Erdbeer-Eisbecher entschieden. Eine der Servicekräfte meinte dann, dass sie keine Erdbeeren mehr haben. Habe ich geffragt, ob ich dann einen der anhderen Früchtebecher haben kann. Letztendlich hatten sie gar keine Früchte da, auch nicht tiefgekühlt als Alternative. Der in der Eiskarte beworbene Eisbecher bestand dann nur noch aus 2 Kugeln Eis und Sahne. Soße, Streusel, Früchte etc. Fehlanzeige. Andere Eisbecher Alternativen auch Fehlanzeige. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass die Servicekräfte alle stets höflich und bemüht waren, die Chefin jedoch leider anhaltend unhöflich und nicht gästeorientiert. Wir mussten leider auch beobachten, wie diese mehrfach einzelne Servicekräfte zusammenstauchte. Alles in allem äußerst unprofessionell. Nie Wieder!"

"Best Döner, best Dürüm, and best Dönerteller I've ever eaten. I ordered several times a week at Sahara Bistro until I moved to Hamburg 2 months ago. And I must say honestly that I have not found a single diner shop in Hamburg, which is also almost comparable to Sahara. The bread is baked itself, the meat is madness and does not drink in front of oil as in other shops, the sauces are super tasty and you just feel bombastic after eating. Everything else than fast food! The döner does not float in sauce, and does not fall apart, perfectly matched and incomparable. I and my friends would recommend eating at Sahara. "Pasta Verdura einfach lecker mit frischem Gemüse, fruchtiger Tomatensauce und Cashewkernen. Kann ich wirklich wämstens empfehlen. Die Location ist okay, ist halt mitten im Einkaufszentrum, es ist ordentlich und sauber. Im Winter ist es ein wenig zugig, weil ein Eingang des EKZ genau gegenüber ist. Das Personal ist freundlich und gibt sich Mühe allen Wünschen gerecht zu werden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geht meiner Meinung nach in Ordnung. Pasta Verdura simply delicious with fresh vegetables, fruity tomato sauce and cashew nuts. I can really recommend it. The location is okay, it's right in the middle of the shopping center, it's neat and clean. It's a bit drafty in winter because the entrance to the shopping center is right across the street. The staff is friendly and makes an effort to meet all wishes. The price-performance ratio is fine in my opinion."

"Wir haben versucht, hier zu Abend zu essen, da Deutscher Spargel angepriesen wurde. Das Restaurant betraten wir kurz nach 18:00 Uhr. Ein völlig überforderter Kellner schaffte es immerhin nach ca. 15 Minuten, uns wenigstens schon mal eine Karte zu bringen. Der Biergarten war gut besucht und das Publikum wechselte öfter. Im Restaurant selbst waren keine Gäste. Allerdings gehört Tisch 6 scheinbar nicht zur Bedienung durch das vorhandene Servicepersonal. Wir bestellten Spargel mit Schnitzel, ein Gericht für immerhin 30 € und Medaillons vom Duroc-Schwein für über 22 €. Leider konnten wir die Küche nicht testen. Nachdem mein Mann fast eine Stunde auf sein Bier warten musste und es nochmals eine halbe Stunde dauerte, und unser Essen nicht in Sicht war, haben wir unsere Getränke schließlich entnervt bezahlt und auf das Essen verzichtet. Ich muss noch erwähnen, das mein Mann sein Bier nur bekam, weil die Gäste vom Nachbartisch unser Dilemma bemerkt hatten und der Herr sein zweites, gerade bestelltes Bier an meinen Mann abgetreten hat. An allen anderen Tischen funktionierte der Service scheinbar gut. Selbst Gäste, die viel später als wir Platz genommen hatten, bekamen ihre Speisen und Getränke relativ zeitnah. Ich weiß nicht, woran es lag. Ich habe selbst in dieser Branche gelernt und gearbeitet und bringe normalerweise für überfordertes Personal viel Verständnis auf. Aber das hier ist uns schon sehr, sehr lange nicht mehr passiert. Wir haben dann zum Glück eine sehr leckere Pizza bei Mariellas Pizzeria bekommen, mit sehr flottem und sehr netten Service, so dass wir an diesem Abend nicht hungrig ins Bett gehen müssen. "We just set foot in denmark now, and we visitet the Brauhaus yesterday. First they helped plane a pubcrawl, and took them time to play along. Then in the evening, we startet out with a beer-tasting. Our hostes took her extra time to perfekt her...englich and she had planed the beer-tasting down to the last detail! Then came the dinner, and we got our own little corner and our own waitriss for the hole evening. She gave us the best service I ever had! The food was to die for and it was the perfekt ending for our company trip. I planed the visit over email, they are top professionel, not a detail was left out. I didnot espect that kind of service as we recived, we thought it was just a 'brauhaus ' like the others! NO ITS NOT!! The best planed 'dinerparty ' we ever had. Just trie it, if you are a large group who want to have a fun evening or just a perfekt german meal. You won 't be sorry, i promise. I also recived a littel togan, when we left, and i was sold. Top stars from us. Best service in Schwerin, don 't visit the city, without a meal stop hier."

"Das Müllers ist ein vegetarisches Restaurant mit vielen veganen Optionen. Sie haben eine überschaubare feste Karte und eine ständig wechselnde Tageskarte. Viele der dort verarbeiteten Lebensmittel werden direkt vom Demeterhof Medewege bezogen, alle zugekauften Lebensmittel oder Getränke sind ebenfalls genau ausgewählt und alle mindestens bio. Zudem ist das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis auch noch super, die Portionen groß und obwohl alles frisch und bio ist zahlt man nicht mehr (wenn nicht sogar weniger) als in herkömmlichen Restaurants. Absolute Empfehlung da muss man mal gewesen sein!"

"we were so happy to visit us here, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. many little dinge added so our experience was not almost as good as we expected after reading as many favorable reviews. vegan bar is very well located and we were happy to get a table out. the waiter was very friendly and welcoming. when we read the menu, we asked ourselves about the ingredients, because many dishes contained allergens such as milk, egg or fish. When we asked the waiter, he checked back with the cook and then told us that the allergens had been made a mistake by the printer and that everything was 100% vegan. while we believed that, I still think it is questionable that they did not take the time to cross the allergens or change the error. the dishes all look great and to try more, we decided to order tapas and chose four appetizers. Unfortunately we waited for fifty-five minutes (I think that's too long for starters, and other people have their food sooner than we get, although they arrived later), and when our food arrived there was still a starter. we didn't get any substitute plates, so we had to eat directly from the dishes where the appetizers were served. when we were so hungry, we only asked for the fourth starter and consumed it. the fourth starter arrived a little later. we had the noodles that tasted amazing, the tempoura lotus, what was ok, the Papaya salad that was good, and the crispy tofu that was quite tasteless. the sections were however so small. therefore the meal was very overpriced. we don't care to pay more for good meal times and fresh food of high quality, but the portions were tiny and we have starved (that says much because I don't really end my meal as I can't eat much at once) for example, 8,50€ for the Papaya salad should be more than three small pieces tofu and a tiny handful of papaya slices! the fresh, interesting, which came to 3,90€ was also served in a small cup. So at the end, while we really wanted to love this restaurant, we waited for so a long time and paid a lot, just to let starve at the end. eating was okay, but only the dumplings were absolutely great. it is in the rule not my style to ventilate or vent over a restaurant, but that was one of the cases where a vegan restaurant is not enough. visited in juni 2022 updated by previous rating on 2022-06-08"

"the club is really great. it would be much easier to find out for outside or first guests if the chair were properly labeled and then the one is turned away when you get out of the chair. the way to the club is really ashamed and maybe lets some of them turn around already. there are certainly different possibilities. the personal is nice and always ready. we had fun and come back."

"inconceivable but this was once our favorite smell. but since the brand and the reopening it is simply the same. the ordered tzazikki did not come at all. our daughter we ordered a glass of water without ice. the unfriendly operation brought first a bottle with two glasses with ice. then the same without ice. then after the second complaint they brought a glass of water with ice, I had enough. I just fished it out. the portions have become tiny. I might have had 10 pommes. with turkey carving was bone-dried. but the hammer was still coming. when I asked for the bill, the zaziki was of course on it. it was taken down on weight. total price €35,80. I gave it to 40 euro without comment because I really did not see any reason for drinking money. he took the 40 euros and left. only when I called him after what was with my change, he came back and tried to talk out a bit. an absolute cheerfulness. no question; the pegaus never sees us again."
