Brownlow Inn - Carta

We came for a Valentine’s meal, food was delicious (beef stroganoff cheese pie) and service was excellent! We come here often, both as a couple and with family and are never disappointed. It’s our favourite place to eat.

Booked for the dine and stay experience. Beautiful guest house accomodation. Fantastic atmosphere at the Brownlow Inn. The food and service exceptional. A highly recommended Five Star experience. Looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful evening again at the Brownlow. Relaxed feel for New Years Eve. Wonderful service and full menu. Food was tasty with large portions. Cannot recommend enough and will be booking again for next year. Even found a space in the car park ;

This has to be one of the best restaurants in Cheshire, it is absolutely out of the top draw! We Just had an amazing Pheasant starter and 2 wonderful filet steaks. Superb management, brilliant staff and an absolute credit to all ! I don’t normally do social media or reviews but when it is this good I had to do something! Thank you for such an amazing experience.

This place was highly recommended by afew people. And wow did it live up to expectations. Absolutely beautiful place. Wonderful and friendly staff. Amazing food. All at a good price. Children friendly. The only downfall is the parking, which they said they have bought the land for but the council will not give them permission to build. So they cannot be marked down for. Had a wonderful meal 1st Feb with hubby and cousin, hubby raved over the fillet steak, the burgers were lovely, great food, great staff, we had a new member of staff who was being shadowed, she did amazing as did the usual staff..we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to leave the table (as we had on a previous visit last year) which was great as we had a lot of catching up/nattering to do .. thank you for great food, great staff and good evening, see you soon .Karen

I took a friend for her birthday meal as not been for years. We got there and were greeted by staff and were shown to our table, not long after a lovely waitress named Josie came to take our drinks order, then after the drinks arrived came back to ask if ready to order. I had a bacon cheese burger which was very good and my friend had gammon egg and chips which she enjoyed. The service, food and drink was spot on. Lovely atmosphere and friendly. Need to go back to try their signature pie. We didn't have dessert as we were full but the waitress who knew my friend from another job brought her a lovely plate with just a small bit of ice-cream and other bites, and it said Happy birthday on it. I’ve never been before, we came yesterday for family dinner looking forward to a roast lunch dinner. The menu only had a choice of lamb or beef, not liking beef the choice for me was lamb. Within minutes a lady came to advise the lamb “had just sold out” I said I didn’t like beef but no other option was given and I therefore had to have the beef. The meal arrived the Yorkshire’s were not risen and burned. The vegetables were very nice the beef was shaped like a block mine was dry and over cooked. My husband had poured gravy all over his so he couldn’t tell but I don’t like a lot of gravy on my food and I could tell I gave my beef to him. We ordered a burger/cheese/bacon meal for our 12 year... Ver carta
