We had a really delicious Sunday lunch today lovely roast lunch with lots of veg and fantastic roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings highly recommended!!

Ridiculous restaurant. You ring their telephone number with an answerphone saying we cannot accept your call!!! How about that for service!!!!! Never again

Fantastic evening dining with friends .. limited but good and fresh cooked food and a great wine list. A proper chef -cooked meal …stick stein moment . Sea bass was a highlight along with the sticky toffee pudding and the fresh cooed fish ‘n chips Ver carta

We had a beautiful meal today, we are always searching for roast that we cook at home and they didn’t disappoint….. it was lovely. We had pork belly, lamb and beef roasts and everyone loved there roast options, plus the cheese burger and chips…..the owner was very attentive. Thank you

Lovely pub, nice atmosphere, food very nice.. the only down side was the length of time to get served our food. Was not asked if we wanted any more drinks during the night..even had to ask twice for the bill after waiting 15 minutes from the first time of asking. Shame the service was poor.

Absolutely first class Sunday Roast- I can’t remember the last time I had a pub lunch that good! A lovely warm welcome too. Started off with a drink in the glorious garden. Our U3a dining club had a reservation for lunch on March 28th at this restaurant. When we arrived, we discovered that it was closed. Locals informed us that it had been shut for two weeks. This was disappointing for our group of 22 diners. Fortunately, The Pheasant, located nearby, was able to accommodate us and we were still able to have our meal.

Table for 6 booked for 6pm we get a call 5:42 while on the way to say the chef wasn’t coming in, terribly sorry and that they could move us to another restaurant down the road! We was recommended here and it was meant to be for my husband’s birthday with family coming from us far as Enfield. We ended up at a completely different restaurant and had a lovely meal!

This restaurant was booked as a special Mother's Day treat. Upon arrival, we found the atmosphere to be cozy and pleasant. However, we had to wait a long time for a menu and when we finally received one, it was a chalkboard with limited options. Unfortunately, there was no lamb available, leaving us with only chicken, beef roast dinners, and mushroom risotto. There were no vegan options available. The starters were not enjoyable, with thick, cold soup and cold, thick butter. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the server seemed unprepared to handle our complaints.
