"Hace una década brillaban tres estrellas en la entrada. Habida cuenta de la calidad de la comida, pronto volverán a lucir de nuevo. La combinación de platos y espumosos es soberbia. Déjense asesorar con los vinos, son realmente insuperables. Se nota que se trata de un local con mucha historia a sus espaldas, anacrónico y elegante a partes iguales .El servicio es impecable, profesionalmente intachable, en especial Buba y Melanie. Pude intercambiar unas palabras con Thierry, que ha estado más de treinta años sirviendo en este local, y que acaba de retirarse. Un pedacito de Les Crayeres se va con él. Durante las dos horas que duró el almuerzo, no pude por menos que admirar sus modales exquisitos como jefe de sala. No habrá habido muchos como él. Existe la posibilidad de almorzar por algo más de cien euros, bebidas incluidas."

The bar of the crayers is intimate, relaxing, we feel good and the glassware adds a charm. staff are welcoming, consumption is quite affordable.

Very surprising menu signature. Sommelier has recommended a nice corton at the food courts and a cottage the rotion of jametdit 2 star restaurant is a real actor.

From beginning to end perfect. Plenty of staff and they all knew what they were doing. Expensive but not stupidly so. The halibut was the best fish dish I have ever had. The smoked salmon with caviar! Generous portion of very good caviar. Sweetbread as served was a first and slightly hardcore. Nonetheless lovely. Matching wines fabulous. Altogether... a fantastic place for who loves tranquility the professionalism and quality we have been waiting for this for years all started at the reservation I have been welcomed on the phone a friendly person and listen to the future customers that we were reserved a few weeks before we have recalled 48 hours before to confirm our coming during the discussion this person has promised us that we would not be disappointed and it has been the case on a round table in the rotunda

On our first visit in 2015 we opted for the tasting menu and were blown away, but this time we opted for the (obviously totally changed) a la carte menu. The food was absolutely delicious - one of my favourite michelin-starred meals of the year - and of course the champagne menu is without peer (we had 4 different bottles)... everything you'd expect of this restaurant, I could not fault it. Even when we forgot to mention my wife's chanterelle allergy, they were exceptionally polite and replaced the course very quickly with not a second word.

"After a very positive first experience, we decided to renew. we enjoyed traditional fries, excellent (and copied) burgers and very good pastries after a reasonable expectation (1/4 h) being given the quality of the products, all for a very good value for money. What a disappointment during our 2nd visit! we waited 1/2h (more than in a classic restaurant, it's still a fast food). while a tabloid of about 10 other people, who arrived after us, were served before us almost without waiting. I was kind of worried about the hostess who tried to explain to me that it was due to the preparation of my wife’s day dish: a pike! being the exclusive user of barbecue and plancha at home, she should have refrained from using such a rude excuse. It was more simply a privileged habit that we do not wait...During this time, our meat had to wait (also...) on a corner of the grill since it was archi too cooked and then, not good. (Sauce was painfully masking the taste of burnt). Traditional fries have left room for classic industrials. The pie was missing freshness. Only the cheese cake was correct. We do not understand such a change in such a short time, especially when reading the Director's answers to certain negative opinions. but perhaps is he on leave? (when the cat is not there...). One last thing: the breathable hood must work very badly, you take the graillon out and go back to work in the afternoon, it's not great... we won't come back."
