Sehr schönes Hotel. Parkplätze. Schönes Wellness. Im Zentrum gelegen. Da werde ich wieder hinfahren.

Angenehme Terrasse, schöner Speisesaal, aufmerksame Bedienung und gutes Essen. Was will man noch mehr? Wir wurden zum Hochzeitstag sehr nett überrascht. Danke

Perfect hotel for those who come here for skiing. The hotel is right in front of the bus stop, make it easy to hop to the train terminal to take the lift to ski the Eigergletscher area, or Grindelwald First (they provide free bus tickets too). The skiroom is easily accessible, and specious. You can enjoy the hottub with the view after your long day. Take note that the spa sauna area is a naked zone though.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel spa facilities are excellent (whirlpool, ice showers, 2 sauna rooms, steam room and an infinity pool) hotel service little things go along way like the staff show you to your room, take all your bags to your room directly if you come earlier before check in time. Thought they were very professional they let you use the spa facilities before and after you check in so you can maximize your time relaxing like many hotels in the area they provide you with a free bus ticket so you can travel around the town.

Das Restaurant im Hotel Spinne heisst eigentlich Mercato. Offiziell handelt es sich um ein italienisches Restaurant, aber man kann fast alles essen, auch Käsefondue.Das Restaurant verfügt über einen eigenen Pizza-Ofen und die Pizza war ordentlich, aber nicht überragend. Auch der Service war ordentlich.Gut und reichhaltig war der Vorspeisen-Salat. Auch die Getränkeauswahl war erfreulich.Alles in allem war das Restaurant weitgehend 08/15: Wie häufig in der Schweiz etwas in die Jahre gekommen, mit einer zu grossen Auswahl für wirkliche Qualität, und mit Personal, das nicht besonders motiviert wirkte, aber auch nicht ärgerte. Sehr tolles Hotel. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit Balkon und wunderschönem Ausblick auf den Eiger. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich (an der Reception wie auch beim Essen). Wir haben zwei Mal vor Ort zu Abend gegessen und es war ausgezeichnet, grosse Portionen. (a la carte) Das Frühstückbuffet bietet ziemlich grosse Auswahl und ist sehr lecker. Der Wellnessbereich ist super, moderner Aussenpool mit Eigersicht. Überall frische Tücher zur Verfügung wie auch Getränke. Die Saunas sind sehr sauber. Cooler kaltwasser Bereich mit echtem Eis. Gut zu Erreichen mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr und auch gleich ein Coop in der Nähe falls man noch was braucht. Wir waren sehr...

Ich, meine Mutter und meine Schwester, waren letzte Woche im Restaurant Spinne. Meine Mutter hatte 2 Tage im voraus reserviert und darum gebeten einen sch¶nen Platz auf der Terrasse zu bekommen, jedoch war unser Tisch gerade bei der T¼re wo stndig das Personal rein und raus lief. Obwohl wir ja eigentlich direkt neben dem Personal sassen wurden wir nicht wirklich gross beachtet. Trotz der Reservation bekamen Gste die ohne Reservation kamen, sch¶ne Terrassenpltze. Gste die nach uns gekommen sind bekamen ihr Essen viel fr¼her. Nach 30 Minuten kam die Vorspeise. Der Salat war eigentlich ganz passabel. Nach weiteren 40 Minuten kam endlich der Hauptgang. The room is large enough to spread out two suitcases. The reception staff are really friendly. The parking lot next to the hotel is narrow, but if you tell the reception, you can park in the sports center and use the hotel parking lot (10 euros). There were problems with the doorknob not opening smoothly and the pop-up drain pipe in the sink, but it wasn't too bothersome. The outdoor pool has a great view of the mountains, but it is too narrow to swim. Breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety, but it's delicious. The view of the mountains from the terrace is good.
