Sehr gutes Hotel, freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und bequeme Betten. Gute Küche. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Einzig die Lift-/Loungemusik in den Gasträumen, ist für meinen Geschmack, etwas schlecht gewählt.

We went there during our start in Interlake to experience fondue. The restaurant has great decoration, service was excellent and wine was amazing. We did not care for the food as it did not have much flavors. Pasta was dry. Fondue was good but not to our personal tastes. Recommend it for the experience.

Sehr gute Lage, recht modern eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr gute Küche (einfach zu grosse Portionen, sonst hätte ich gerne noch ein Dessert probiert und freundliche Servicemitarbeiter. Auch mein Hund war willkommen und es gab im Zimmer extra eine Hundedecke für ihn und im Restaurant wurde ihm ein Wassernapf gebracht. Ver carta

OMG. If you are in Interlockan, Switzerland, and you want authentic cheese Fondue, GO HERE. La Taverne. Absolutely the best. Great bread, fabulous locally sourced salad, outstanding local cheeses used in the fondue pot. Light bread in small cubes used to dip into the fondue. Combine the fondue experience with a lovely fresh salad, and Sauvignon blanc wine. Perfection. End with Hay liquor.

Dieses Lokal liegt an der Hauptstrasse durch Interlaken und ist eines der wenigen an dieser Strasse die es wert sind essen zu gehen. Die Terrasse liegt auf der Seite des Gebäudes zum japanischen Garten hin und ist ruhig gelegen. Die von uns bestellten gemischten Filetspiesse waren sehr gut und zart. Schade nur, dass von den 3 servierten Saucen keine einzige mit Schärfe dabei war. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett.

on a spontaneous trip to interlaken, we discovered this hotel. we called on the afternoon and asked for a free room, and we were promtised by a very friendly employee that one is still free. we received the info that we receive a free upgrade. positiw surprised us the price-performance ratio. the room was very modern and relatiw large. the look of the church fantastic. only minus point of the balcony. we felt that this is not very stable. We had the Chinoise buffet, which consists of some savory broth-based hot pot along with access to the buffet bar. The broth was flavorful enough, but the accompaniments were just ok. There are a variety of sauces to choose from but most missed the mark for us. There were 3 protein choices which were: lean beef, chicken, and pork. We've definitely had better hot pots but for such a small town with not too many dining options I guess this will do.

I went with the chef's special and didn't know what to expect. It was a 4 course meal and the meal was soooo good, that in fact, it landed in my top 5 meals that I have ever had. This was a full gastronomic experience and met expectations that were beyond what I had expected. You don't really know what to expect when you try a chef's menu but this was absolutely phenomenal. On top of the outdoor atmosphere and service, this was the best meal during our time in Switzerland. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bei einem spontanen Trip nach Interlaken, entdeckten wir dIeses Hotel. Wir haben am Nachmittag angerufen und nach einem freien Zimmer gefragt. Und promt wurde uns von einem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter bestätigt, dass noch eines frei ist. Vor Ort angekommen erhielten wir die Info, dass wir ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten. Positiv überraschte uns das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und relativ gross. Die Aussicht auf die Kirche fantastisch. Lediglicher Minuspunkt der Balkon. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass dieser nicht sehr stabil ist. Ver carta
