"The chap who greeted us and took us to our table was great. The starters were OK apart from the crusty roll served with the soup which was a soft roll. It all went down hill from there. My wife ordered the southern fried chicken and I ordered the hunters chicken. My wife's chicken was overcooked and dry. My chicken was so overcooked it was black and like an old boot. The chips were overcooked. We asked for condiments and the waiter who brought them threw a handful of sachets, scattering them across the table. When I asked for replacement cutlery from the same waiter, he actually sighed before going to get them and then dumped them on the table quite hard. The whole experience felt like we were putting them out, apart from that first very lovely person who seated us and came to check on us. Don't recommend eating here at all."

Very nice pub. I'd been working in the area and wanted a coffee and some fluids on a long hot day. The pub was busy, food looked very well presented. Nice selection of beers. I wish I could have stayed longer. Well worth another visit

Went it for lunch! Very pleasant and also dog friendly having 3 dogs all was welcome, had fish n chips which was banging! Very well priced and a good selection of drinks! Would highly recommend, if I could I’d give it 10 stars! Will definitely go again

We had the best carvery possible at the Ten Tors on Wednesday. Top quality at a great price. The staff were also great, we loved it and can't wait to go back. We was able to take our little Staffy and was made to feel very welcome. It was a 5 star experience all round.

Amazing restaurant, very clean and wonderful atmosphere. Staff are very knowledgeable regards allergies, we were served by Molly R, Luke and Naya. The best meal we have had, honestly the best service and meal anyone could ask for. Would highly recommend. We will be back next Year.

Thank you to Luke and the wonderful team for an excellent New Year’s Evening. Excellent atmosphere and a good band. From the welcome to the midnight fireworks everything was done to ensure we had an enjoyable time again thank you to the guys attending to the tables and the crew behind the bar. One final mention to the head chef and team the hot buffet was exceptional!

The food was so overcooked that the breadcrumb coating my Southern style chicken was blackened in more than one place. The meat was dry and it had obviously been reheated in an oven for far too long. Chips were absolutely rockhard or leathery. The service was very off-hand and we felt like we were just taking up space for them. Also 3 pound for a pint of tap-mix cola or lemonade was insane.

Pub looks huge from outside but quite cramped an poorly arranged inside, serving area in bar is small due to tables being crammed up against for some reason. Drinks expensive but food good value, we had Mexican chicken which was very hot even for someone like me who likes spicy food and a Vegan option which was nice I'm told. At the time we visited there was a 15% discount on selected meals for over 55's but not sure if this is temporary or permanent. Overall would probably go again to eat although menu isn't huge) but wouldn't go just for a drink... i.e. Cider £5+ a pint...ouch.
