Had a very nice lunch, quick service reasonable prices. Good choice on the standard menu, but remember to look at the specials board on the wall, lots of extra alternatives to suit all dietary and ethical choices. What a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was bustling on Saturday night, but our food was served quickly by our cheerful waitress. We watched as the chef expertly prepared and beautifully presented the hot cake. The inn is filled with warmth and character, clearly a favorite among both locals and visitors. I can’t wait for another opportunity to visit York so we can dine here again. Thank you!
