Relaxed atmosphere, menu changing weekly, innovative cooking. Very good matching wines. Simple but warm decor, friendly service.

A lucky, last minute find. Sat outside on a warm summer's evening. The food was delicious with local and international dishes. And friendly service.

Very nice evening, unfortunately the vegetarian selection of the main food was “satisfied” compared to everything very delicious and beautifully presented. We're coming back!

Price performance unfortunately not given. We ate four gang geese. The main course was unfortunately only lukewarm and the goose was dry. 2 tables are far too narrow and the club music with the loud bass was needy to get used.

Really nice waiter/bar tender, original cocktails and good choice of drinks/wine. Small food card but fresh products, and really tasty! The recommendation of wine to pair with the food is a real plus! I really like to come to this place and can just recommend it!

The "vadder" serves really delicious food with seasonal specialities, always fresh and high quality! The selection of wines is very good, too! If there is anything you are not happy with, just tell the staff as they are very customer-oriented and do everything to feel you welcome. I have been a lot of times here now and I really never had a bad experience!

small place that's located in one of the side streets of bornheim, frankfurt. besides the menu, they have a good selection of the day's specials. the staff was attentive but we had to wait long for the food. on the whole, food was great. i especially liked the dessert (i forgot what it was though). given the small size of the restaurant, i found it welcoming. we only stayed for dinner and could have stayed for drinks as the bar had a assortment of wine and cocktails.

On the plus side:Most tender rib-eye ever tasted. unbelievable.Excellent Wiener schnitzel.All dishes arrived simultaneously. (Unfortunately this is not normal everywhere.)On the down side:The 300gm looked more like 240 gm max. (see photo).Mini portion of mashed potatoes .Waiter confused over different beer types and glasses, laughable.The restaurant was well visited and filled up around 8pm on Friday. Best to reserve. Take some time with you as service is not super fast.All in all we enjoyed the evening and would probably return sometime. Certainly recommended if you are a meat lover but don't expect Frankfurt size portions.

I visited the "Vadder" (father) with my "Mudder" (mother). 4th time already, I was never disappointed. Great quality food, matching wines, weekly changing menu, reasonable prices, very good qpr. Young business, young people - I like to support those ambitious initiatives. The crew is super friendly and attentive, the cook knows his job. You can go there and have only a wine (nice selection of mostly German whites) or small dishes or even Entrecote. Prices range from below 10€ to 25€ for a meal. Pasta is great, meat dishes as well. Go there and find out. Cozy small place, worth exploring! Greetings to the waitress, she is so lovely. ;-)
