Great food, great service, good price for food and drink. very friendly. a welcome treat on a windy day with Storm Dennis threatening! will def return!

Too often the vegetarian options are an afterthought but the lasagne was good and very hot. Other dishes looked god too. Reasonable prices and decent portions. Very good value. Ver carta

We'd been given a tip yesterday to check this place out for Sunday lunch, and certainly not disappointed. Excellent service, generous portions and very good value for the price. They also only do walk ins, which is ideal if you're looking for a last minute spot. Would definitely recommend and will be back again. Diolch yn fawr!

Had family Birthday party at the Castle. The food was amazing. Plenty of food. Every one of the staff were polite friendly. Tea Coffee served as much as you wanted. Nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely book another Parti or Baby Shower Afternoon tea. X 10 10 service. Diolch Thank you. Also have had a Childs party at the Copa. Which was another great party fun and plenty of room to run about. I had a Disco. Kids party food awesome once again and loads spare. Definitely recommend. ????????

Pure chance that my son and I came across this pub on the night of the Wales-England WC match, and our fears that we'd be battered with leeks and driven back out into the cold (we're English, after all) proved totally unfounded. Quite the opposite happened: a friendly welcome, good craft beer too cheap to mention, and free bangers and chips at half time. Pity about the game result, but we were not held accountable. The folks who run this place know what they're doing. It ain't the Ritz, but we wouldn't want to drink at the Ritz anyway. Well done! Ver carta
