"Overall the night spent here was very good. My room was rather pleasant, soberly decorated, and well kept. Two more negative points however: the terrace that my room had was not independent, the occupants of the neighboring rooms could come there or pass in front of our windows, which, in terms of privacy, is not very pleasant. In addition, it prevents you from being able to sleep with the windows open. The second point being the bathroom which (even if quite clean) deserves a renovation. The staff was very friendly. In the restaurant, the quality of what we ate there could have been better, the proposals lacked, in the middle of summer, vegetables. And then I think there was a little confusion during the service: our dishes were served at the same time as our starters. Me, it made me laugh, my husband not at all. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe für ein Skiweekend in der Alpenruh zu Gast. Wir haben die Gastfreundschaft, den guten Service und die wunderschöne Lage sehr genossen.

Service war grundsätzlich sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich, essen superer gut, Organisation Frühstück zum teil langsam (bedingt durch Cooid-19), Skigebiet vor dem Hotel, Zimmer 16 eher klein.

Schönes neu renoviertes Zimmer Parkettboden und mit Terrasse. Sonne von 10h -16h. Frühstück etwas eingeschränkt wegen Corona. Abendessen ein Hit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage des Hotels. Das sehr freundliche und aufgestellte Personal ist ein Pluspunkt.

Mein Freund und ich waren nun das erste mal in mürren zu Gast im Hotel alpenruh. Das Personal ist freundlich,hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sensationell gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder ins Hotel alpenruh gehen und können es mit gutem gewissen auch sehr weiter empfehlen. Freundliche grüsse Martina und Severin aus dem schönen glarnerland

Ich hatte einen 3 Tägigen Aufenthalt über ein Wochenende. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und seine 3 Sterne absolut wert. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Das Restaurant aber hat eine sehr schlechte Bedienung. Wir haben am Morgen für den Abend ein Fondue für 4 Personen bestellt. Am ende durften wir über 1 Stunde warten und hatten dann auch noch kein Brot. Die Organisation könnte viel besser sein und die Speisen sollten schneller Serviert werden. Beim Dessert war nämlich die Schokoladensauce für den Coupé schon hart.
