Nice atmosphere. OK food. Cocktails seemed a bit small. Had the 2 for 1 steak special. It was as if they cut a real steak in half served it to 2 people. Would lose this special. Probably would have enjoyed eating off the regular menu as the cooking service was good. I'd give it another chance if I was a local.

Awesome Meal, really friendly staff. My Steak took 30-40 Mins but it was a porterhouse and i was told when ordering it. when it came it was cooked too perfection. People who say this place is over priced obviously never been to a proper Steak place and should stick to lower end places like M&C. i really can't see us going anywhere else than here now, 5 Star.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant! The ladies outside were lovely, and the decor inside is cozy and modern with just the right amount of lighting. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, all of which were excellent, accompanied by delicious sides and sauces. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We even had the chance to meet the chef! Highly recommended for any occasion or night out. Cheers to the brand!

very beautiful, well equipped and elegant place. the personal is extremely polite and takes care of his costumes. the table is dressed with vovem signed plates, which is beautiful and the cherry is stylish. eating is good, we tried the carpaccio that was amazing. the burger was tasty, although we expected more from ribeye steak. the prices are higher than the average, but this is reasonably offered for the high quality service.

The steak was decent, but I've had better. It was quite thin compared to the ribeyes I'm used to, and perhaps it was cut thinner because it was part of their mid-week meal deal for two. When we arrived, they offered us a glass of water, but later we discovered we were charged for it on the bill. The most disappointing part was the triple-cooked chips, which were more like half potatoes than actual chips. Overall, I was very disappointed and won't be returning.

On my way back from the restroom, I couldn’t help but admire the open kitchen and was kindly invited to take a closer look. I ended up having a delightful conversation with the chef about their meat cooking techniques. They didn’t have to engage with me, but their openness and friendliness were much appreciated. The service was excellent as well. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations and was significantly better than some of our more recent dining experiences.

I found the restaurant to be quite appealing overall. The atmosphere and service were both excellent, and it clearly has a strong following. It has a unique pirate-themed decor but should perhaps avoid being too gimmicky. I ordered a dry ribeye steak that had a bit too much gristle, while my wife enjoyed a lovely filet mignon. Unfortunately, the side dish we chose was overly salty, making it inedible. However, the apple crumble dessert was delightful. Given the ups and downs of our experience, I would rate it a solid 4 out of 5.

2 of us went for the special 2 steaks 2sauces 2sides to share. We chose chunky chips and mushrooms which were both delicious and our sirloin steaks cooked medium rare were cooked perfectly. This offer is on Monday to Thursday 5 to 9 and is a great way to introduce yourself to Vovem if you haven't been before. The surroundings are very nicely done and comfortable. What also made this a great experience was the excellent service. Our server was 5 star. He was very polite and efficient and also served us with a smile and made us very welcome and comfortable.

What a wonderful spot! We stopped in for a drink and ended up staying until the end of the evening. From the outside, the place seemed quite calm, but once we went to the back where the restaurant is located, it was bustling with activity, even at 4 PM. The steak we had was delicious, although the smallest sharing porterhouse steak weighed in at 1.1 kg, which was a bit too much for us, but the flavor was fantastic. They also had a great selection of drinks, and the staff was lovely. However, at one point, the manager seemed to be a bit harsh with the staff behind us, which was uncomfortable to overhear.
